JBL AM7315 15-inch 3-Way Loudspeaker
JBL AM7315 15-inch 3-Way Loudspeaker with 60° x 40° coverage in black finish is a high-power, full-range loudspeaker system designed for professional audio applications. It features a JBL 2265H Differential Drive® low-frequency driver, 380 mm (15 in) with 75 mm (3 in) dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap, delivering powerful, accurate bass performance.
The midrange section employs the JBL CMCD-82H Cone Midrange Compression Driver with a 200 mm (8 in) diameter Differential Drive® dual voice coil, providing low distortion, high sensitivity, and extended bandwidth. The high-frequency output is handled by the JBL 2432H compression driver with a 38 mm (1.5 in) exit and 75 mm (3 in) voice coil for clear and detailed treble.
A multi-band Progressive Transition™ waveguide ensures consistent 60° x 40° coverage with low distortion. The waveguide is rotatable, allowing flexible deployment in either vertical or horizontal orientations. High-slope crossovers minimize band overlap, and carefully controlled off-axis response enhances arrayability.
The trapezoidal cabinet is constructed from 16 mm exterior-grade 11-ply Finnish birch plywood and includes 13 M10 threaded suspension points. Pre-engineered planar array frame kits (PAF-2K and PAF-3K) are compatible for advanced installation setups. The JBL AM7315 is part of the AE Application Engineered Series, suitable for performing arts centers, theaters, auditoriums, houses of worship, live clubs, sports facilities, dance clubs, and themed entertainment venues.
