RCF L 2406T W Three-Way Column Speaker – White

RCF L 2406T W Three-Way Column Speaker – White

The RCF L 2406T W is a compact three-way column loudspeaker in white RAL 9003, designed for medium to large installed-sound applications. Its vertical directivity is controlled to concentrate reproduction toward the listening area, with wide horizontal coverage helping the column serve a broad audience within the planned sound system.

Six five-inch woofers combine with four one-inch dome tweeters positioned in front of the two central woofers. The central drivers are controlled differently from the remaining woofers to improve directivity. This arrangement promotes coherent dispersion and helps minimize unwanted lobing while maintaining a compact column-shaped enclosure.

The specified coverage is 150 degrees horizontally and 30 degrees vertically. Frequency response extends from 100 Hz to 20 kHz at the minus 10 dB limits, with maximum sound pressure level of 126 dB at one metre. An integrated speech-enhancement filter can emphasize the frequency range important to intelligibility.

The loudspeaker handles 200 W in low-impedance operation and includes a 60 W transformer for 100 V systems. Available transformer taps allow different power selections within a distributed installation. The crossover incorporates protection for the dome tweeters, and the specified nominal impedance for direct low-impedance connection is eight ohms.

The Baltic birch plywood cabinet has a steel grille and supplied wall mounting accessories that keep the column close to the mounting surface while allowing suitable tilt. It measures 826 mm high, 135 mm wide and 140 mm deep and weighs 12.8 kg. Euroblock input connections complete the interface for the selected installation arrangement. The selected assembly should account for the dimensions of the accessory and the position of the supported equipment. Use the documented attachment sequence when establishing the final relationship between the connected components.
