This configuration features 24 mono input channels and four stereo input channels, providing extensive connectivity for microphones, instruments, playback devices, and stereo audio sources. Each mono channel includes balanced XLR microphone and TRS line inputs, while the stereo channels provide paired line inputs and dedicated XLR microphone inputs for stereo microphone techniques and stereo source integration. Every mono input is equipped with the GB30 microphone preamplifier, delivering ultra-low-noise performance, high headroom, and consistent audio fidelity across the entire console.

The GB8 offers extensive routing flexibility through eight subgroup outputs, eight auxiliary sends, four stereo auxiliary returns, and direct outputs on every mono input channel. These features allow simultaneous monitor mixing, external effects processing, multitrack recording, and signal distribution without compromising operational efficiency. The integrated matrix mixer further expands routing possibilities by providing flexible output distribution for additional zones and recording applications.
