The Ecler BOB-22 is a compact digital audio Dante/AES67 (Audio over IP) breakout box that bridges analog audio equipment with a networked Dante/AES67 audio distribution system, providing 2 analog audio input(s) and 2 analog audio output(s).

It converts 2 analog audio inputs into Dante/AES67 channels while simultaneously delivering 2 analog audio outputs converted from the network, with input sensitivity adjustable from -50dBV to 0dBV and +48VDC phantom power selectable via an internal jumper for condenser microphone use.

The device features PoE (Power over Ethernet) support, drawing DC supply directly from PoE-ready Ethernet switches without needing a local power outlet, while an optional 24VDC external power supply is available separately for installations without PoE infrastructure.

BOB-22 is a generic Dante/AES67 device that can be used in combination with EclerNet, EclerPLEX, VIDA, and HALO Dante devices from Ecler, or with any other third-party Dante/AES67 devices, though it is not a native EclerNet/EclerPLEX guest unit.

Its compact form factor includes a front support half-rack accessory, letting two half-width units be mounted together in a single standard rack space, or a single unit mounted independently, keeping installation flexible for both new builds and retrofits.
