Audinate Dante AVIO Install 2-Channel Analog Input Adapter
The Audinate Dante AVIO Install 2-Channel Analog Input Adapter is purpose-built for fixed professional AV installations where two channels of balanced analog audio must be connected to a Dante network. It provides an installation-oriented alternative to conventional AVIO connectors by using a 6-pin Euroblock terminal and a supplied mounting bracket, helping integrators create secure, organized connections in equipment racks, conference spaces, and other permanent systems.
The adapter accepts balanced line-level audio and supports selectable signal levels of +4 dBu, 0 dBu, 0 dBV, and -10 dBV. Its 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response and 16-, 24-, or 32-bit PCM support allow it to handle a broad range of professional audio sources. Sampling rates of 44.1, 48, 88.2, and 96 kHz provide additional flexibility for system design.
Network communication uses Dante Audio over IP and is powered through Class 1 802.3af Power over Ethernet. Dante device latency can be selected at 1, 2, or 5 ms using Dante Controller. The adapter also supports Dante management and control workflows, while its ClickGrid mounting system allows multiple compatible AVIO Install units to be arranged together for structured installations.
With power consumption below 2 watts and an operating range of -10 to +45°C, the AVIO Install input adapter is suited to conference rooms, education facilities, hospitality, corporate AV, houses of worship, and distributed audio systems. Its combination of Euroblock wiring, compact installation hardware, PoE power, and network discovery provides a practical way to integrate analog sources into Dante infrastructure.
