The Ecler VEO-XPT44A is a professional HDBaseT extension kit including a transmitter and a receiver, designed to extend a 4K video signal up to 40 metres, or a Full HD signal up to 70 metres, over a single Cat 5e/6 cable. It supports real 4K video signals at 60Hz with 4:4:4 YUV chroma subsampling and HDR10, making it suitable for extending modern high dynamic range sources without visible compromise in image quality.

The transmitter includes an HDMI loop output for local monitoring or daisy-chain connection to a second display, while a stereo unbalanced audio output on a Euroblock connector is available on both the transmitter and receiver for straightforward integration with separate sound reinforcement equipment at either end of the extension run.

Bidirectional PoH (Power over HDBaseT) support means the transmitter can be powered by the receiver, or the receiver by the transmitter, so only a single power supply is required across the whole kit. This reduces the number of power outlets needed during installation, particularly useful when the source and display ends of the run are in different rooms.

With its reduced form factor and added features of RS-232 and bidirectional IR extension, the VEO-XPT44A is a compact, flexible solution for any application where AV and control signal extension are required, from meeting rooms and classrooms to retail and hospitality video displays.
