The Allen & Heath Qu-7D Digital Mixer is a professional-grade console designed for modern live sound reinforcement, broadcast, and installed audio systems requiring both high channel capacity and advanced network integration. Built on Allen & Heath’s XCVI FPGA processing engine, it delivers ultra-low latency, high-resolution audio processing, and robust system scalability for complex audio workflows.

The Qu-7D features 32 high-quality microphone preamps and supports up to 36 input channels, including 32 mono and 2 stereo sources. This expanded architecture ensures reliable performance for large-scale productions such as concerts, conferences, theaters, and multi-zone installations where flexibility and channel availability are essential.

A key enhancement of the Qu-7D is its built-in 16×16 Dante interface operating at 48/96kHz, enabling seamless integration with Dante-enabled devices across networked audio systems. This makes it ideal for distributed audio installations and hybrid analog-digital environments where interoperability is critical.

The mixer incorporates a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, 33 motorized faders, chromatic channel metering, and per-channel display indicators for fast navigation and precise control during live operation. Four customizable channel layers and eight assignable SoftKeys enhance workflow efficiency and allow rapid access to essential functions.

Advanced onboard processing includes six stereo FX engines, DEEP processing compatibility, Gain Assistant, Feedback Assistant, and a fully integrated Automatic Mic Mixer. Combined with SD card multitrack recording, USB-C 32×32 audio interfacing, and SLink expansion, the Qu-7D provides a complete and scalable digital mixing solution.
