The CBT1000 + CBT1000E Black combined line array column system is a high-output modular loudspeaker solution designed to provide extended bass performance, increased acoustic power, and highly controlled sound dispersion for large and acoustically complex environments. When the CBT1000E extension module is integrated with the CBT1000 main column, the system forms a unified full-range array that significantly improves low-frequency extension, vertical pattern control, and overall sound pressure capability.

Driven by Constant Beamwidth Technology™, the system employs advanced analog beamforming and amplitude tapering to achieve uniform vertical coverage while eliminating narrow beaming, uneven dispersion, and off-axis lobing commonly found in traditional passive column speaker designs. This ensures smooth, intelligible sound distribution across both near-field and far-field listening zones.

The integrated array combines twenty-four 25 mm (1 in) extra-high-power soft dome tweeters with twelve 165 mm (6.5 in) high-excursion low-frequency drivers, creating a powerful full-range configuration capable of delivering deep, controlled bass response extending below 38 Hz. This design allows high-SPL single-array coverage with minimal acoustic overspill, making it ideal for large auditoriums, houses of worship, transport terminals, convention centers, stadium facilities, performance venues, and public infrastructure spaces.

The CBT1000 module provides adjustable vertical dispersion using four “Pattern Up” and four “Pattern Down” angle selections, delivering sixteen distinct coverage configurations without external DSP processing. This enables precise acoustic mapping to match room geometry, seating layouts, and architectural structures.

The patented Tapered Horizontal Waveguide technology delivers continuously variable horizontal dispersion—wide coverage for short-throw applications and narrower projection for long-throw coverage—ensuring balanced and controlled sound distribution across both front and rear audience areas.

With switchable voicing modes for optimized speech clarity and music reproduction, integrated crossover design, high SPL performance capacity, rugged fiberglass-reinforced ABS construction, and a precision mechanical coupling system, the CBT1000 + CBT1000E Black array system provides a complete, scalable, and professional-grade solution for large-scale sound reinforcement installations.
