The Duran Audio Intellivox-DSX500 full-range loudspeaker array is the flagship of the slim line DSX series, engineered to deliver even, high-quality sound coverage over areas up to 70 meters. Featuring twenty-eight custom 4” loudspeakers and eight 1” dome tweeters, the array provides long throw capability and enhanced control at lower frequencies. A sixteen-channel class-D amplifier powered by a sophisticated switched mode power supply ensures reliable operation for years of professional use. The loudspeakers are arranged according to Duran Audio’s patented algorithm to optimize performance.

The dome tweeters improve horizontal dispersion at high frequencies while enhancing overall sound quality for both speech and music. Integrated surveillance functions satisfy strict Voice Alarm and life safety requirements. Proprietary WinControl software allows intuitive management of beam steering, audio processing, and surveillance features, enabling precise tuning in very large, highly reverberant, and architecturally sensitive spaces.

With extended low-frequency control, the Intellivox-DSX500 can be complemented by JBL subwoofer systems for deep bass reinforcement. Its slim design, high-fidelity reproduction, and advanced DSP technology make it ideal for transport hubs, lecture halls, theatres, large conference facilities, atriums, museums, and large places of worship, offering reliable, intelligible sound in demanding acoustic environments.
