The Duran Audio Intellivox HP-DS170 high-power column loudspeaker is a self-contained, 2-way, wide-bandwidth system designed for high-output applications in large, highly reverberant spaces. Featuring ten high-efficiency 6.5” loudspeakers and two coaxially mounted 1” compression drivers, each with dedicated amplification, the HP-DS170 delivers up to 106 dB SPL at 30 meters while maintaining even sound pressure levels across the audience area. Its horizontal dispersion of 100° ensures broad coverage, while the 1.7-meter (5’ 7”) array length allows unobtrusive integration into architecturally sensitive spaces.

Equipped with built-in DSP and DDS beam shaping technology, the HP-DS170 provides precise control over vertical and horizontal sound distribution, improving speech intelligibility and musical reinforcement in venues such as houses of worship, theatres, transport halls, and sports facilities. RS-485 serial control enables easy system integration, monitoring, and configuration.
