The JBL VRX932LA-1 12 in. Two-Way Line Array Loudspeaker System is a lightweight, compact solution built for professional line array setups. Each enclosure weighs 21 kg (46 lb) and can be combined into arrays of up to six units, offering reliable, high-performance sound reinforcement for concerts, tours, and permanent installations.

This speaker features a 12-inch JBL 2262H Differential Drive® woofer with neodymium magnet, dual voice-coils, and dual magnetic gaps, providing high output and extended low-frequency performance. The high-frequency section includes three JBL 2408J annular ring diaphragm compression drivers with 38 mm (1.5 in) voice coils and neodymium magnets, mounted on a constant curvature waveguide to ensure seamless high-frequency coverage and smooth array coherence.

The VRX932LA-1 includes integral rigging hardware for secure interconnection of multiple enclosures and optional line array frames. Dual-angle pole sockets allow flexible positioning on a 35 mm pole or tripod, and an array configuration selector enables “array shading” in passive mode for precise high-frequency output control. Constructed from 18 mm, 11-ply birch plywood and finished in durable black DuraFlex™, the enclosure is designed for long-term professional use.

A powder-coated, 16-gauge perforated steel grille backed with acoustically transparent foam protects the drivers while maintaining optimal sound quality. The system supports bi-amp or passive operation with externally switchable crossover modes and a 1.2 kHz crossover frequency. With its combination of compact size, lightweight design, and advanced acoustic engineering, the JBL VRX932LA-1 delivers professional-quality line array performance for a wide range of live and installed audio applications.
