The RCF VSA 2050 II vertical steerable array speaker system is engineered for advanced professional audio installations requiring high speech intelligibility, controlled sound dispersion, and consistent coverage in challenging acoustic environments. The system integrates 20 Class D 50 W amplifiers, each driving a dedicated 3.5-inch full-range neodymium speaker. This architecture allows individual control of each transducer, enabling highly accurate vertical beam steering and sound focusing. The integrated DSP operates at 48 kHz / 32-bit resolution, ensuring precise signal processing with minimal distortion and high clarity across the entire frequency range.

The VSA 2050 II delivers a maximum sound pressure level of 96 dB at 30 meters, with a wide horizontal coverage of 130 degrees and adjustable vertical beam control from 10° to 30°, along with vertical steering capability from 0° to –40°. This allows sound to be directed exactly toward the listening area while reducing reflections from ceilings and unused spaces, significantly improving speech clarity in acoustically difficult environments.

Constructed with an extruded aluminum body, the system ensures durability, structural stability, and efficient heat dissipation. It also includes EN 60849 monitoring indicators for safety-critical applications and supports RDNet connectivity for remote system control, configuration, and real-time monitoring.
