The Soundcraft MSB-16i is a compact digital stagebox in the Mini Stagebox range, built to extend the input capacity of Si series consoles without the need for a traditional analog multicore snake. Positioned on stage, the MSB-16i converts local microphone and line signals into digital audio and transports them to the console over MADI.

With 16 remote-controlled mic/line inputs and switchable phantom power, the MSB-16i is sized for smaller stage plots, satellite input expansion, or secondary stagebox duties alongside a larger primary box. All gain and routing settings are controlled remotely from the console, keeping the stage-side unit simple to operate once patched in.

The MSB-16i is compatible with the Si Impact, Si Expression, and Si Performer console ranges through a MADI/USB combo option card, and can be combined with a second stagebox to further expand the total channel count available to mix.

Its compact chassis makes the MSB-16i a practical choice for mobile engineers and smaller venues that need reliable digital stage input without the bulk of a full-size stagebox.
