The JBL F35 Dual 15-inch 3-Way Loudspeaker is a high-performance full-range enclosure engineered for professional sound reinforcement applications requiring exceptional output, clarity, and system integration flexibility. Designed in a lightweight trapezoidal cabinet, the F35 combines advanced transducer technology with precision coverage control and robust construction for touring and fixed installations.
The low-frequency section features dual 2265H 15-inch Differential Drive transducers with dual 3-inch voice coils and neodymium magnet structures. This configuration enhances thermal efficiency, reduces distortion, and provides high continuous power handling. The mid-frequency band is reproduced by a 2169H 8-inch Dual Voice Coil Neodymium Differential Drive transducer, ensuring detailed and controlled midrange performance. High frequencies are handled by the D2430H D2 dual diaphragm, dual voice coil compression driver, delivering extended high-frequency response and improved dynamic headroom.
The enclosure supports both 60° x 40° and 90° x 50° coverage configurations, allowing system designers to tailor dispersion to venue requirements. Integrated M10 mounting points enable versatile suspension options for flown arrays or fixed installations.
Constructed from 18 mm, 11-ply Finnish birch plywood with a durable black DuraFlex finish, the cabinet ensures long-term reliability. V5 processing support for Crown I-Tech HD series amplifiers optimizes performance, while NL8 connectors provide secure multi-channel input connectivity for bi- or tri-amplified system configurations.
