Allen & Heath DT20-X Dante Input Interface
The Allen & Heath DT20-X is a compact Dante input interface designed to add high-quality analogue audio inputs to Dante-enabled audio networks. Supporting both 48kHz and 96kHz operation, the DT20-X provides a convenient and flexible solution for integrating microphones and line-level sources into professional audio systems used in fixed installations, live events, conferencing environments, educational facilities, and AV applications.
The interface features two combo XLR/TRS mic/line inputs, allowing direct connection of microphones, wireless receivers, media devices, and other audio sources. Each input includes local gain control for quick adjustment and selectable 48V phantom power with LED indication for condenser microphones. High-quality analogue circuitry and Dante networking technology ensure reliable audio transmission with excellent sound quality and low latency.
Designed for maximum deployment flexibility, the DT20-X can be powered either through Power over Ethernet (PoE) or the included 12V DC power supply. Its compact aluminum enclosure allows discreet installation under tables, podiums, conference desks, and presentation areas where local audio connectivity is required. Optional surface-mount accessories and rackmount kits further extend installation possibilities for permanent or portable systems.
The DT20-X is fully compatible with Dante-equipped Allen & Heath mixers, AHM audio matrix processors, and third-party Dante devices. Support for AES67 interoperability enables integration with a wide range of networked audio environments, while Dante Domain Manager compatibility provides enhanced network security, management, and scalability.
