Allen & Heath DT22-M Dante Audio Interface
The Allen & Heath DT22-M is a compact Dante audio interface designed to provide convenient analogue audio input and output connectivity for professional Dante networks. Supporting both 48kHz and 96kHz operation, the DT22-M offers two mic/line inputs and two line outputs through standard Phoenix/Euroblock connectors, making it an ideal solution for conference rooms, classrooms, meeting spaces, corporate facilities, houses of worship, and other fixed installation environments.
The interface features two balanced mic/line inputs with local gain control, allowing quick adjustment of connected microphones and audio sources. Selectable 48V phantom power supports condenser microphones, while the integrated mic/line switching and line-level pad functionality ensure compatibility with a wide variety of audio equipment. Two balanced line outputs provide reliable signal distribution to amplifiers, powered loudspeakers, DSP systems, and other audio devices.
The DT22-M integrates seamlessly with Dante-equipped Allen & Heath mixers, AHM audio matrix processors, and third-party Dante systems. Support for AES67 networking enhances interoperability with compatible audio-over-IP devices, while Dante Domain Manager readiness provides advanced network management, security, and scalability for larger installations.
Designed specifically for permanent installations, the DT22-M features a durable aluminum enclosure and includes surface-mount ears for discreet mounting beneath tables, podiums, lecterns, or within meeting spaces. The interface can be powered through Power over Ethernet (PoE) or an optional 12V DC power supply, providing flexibility for different installation requirements. An optional rackmount kit allows up to two DT22 units to be installed within a standard 1U rack space. Combining professional audio quality, flexible connectivity, and compact installation-friendly design, the DT22-M provides an efficient solution for integrating analogue audio sources and outputs into Dante networks.
