The JBL AWC62 is a compact, weather-resistant loudspeaker built for reliable performance in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor settings. With its IP56-rated construction, this 2-way coaxial system is ideal for stadiums, racetracks, sports facilities, skating rinks, fairgrounds, water parks, swimming pools, themed entertainment venues, outdoor paging systems, and many other environments where durable, high-quality sound is needed.
This loudspeaker features a 6.5-inch Kevlar-reinforced woofer paired with a 1-inch compression driver, providing clear speech reproduction and detailed full-range music. The high-slope crossover ensures smooth midrange response and uniform coverage across a 110° x 110° pattern. With 175 watts of continuous power handling, it delivers impressive sound pressure levels, while operating in either direct 8-ohm mode or 70V/100V multi-tap mode for flexible integration.
The enclosure is crafted from robust, glass-reinforced ABS and includes a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated steel grille layered with foam and mesh for maximum protection. Installation is simple and secure with the included U-bracket and secondary M6 safety point, while CE-compliant, water-resistant barrier terminals ensure reliable connections for a variety of wiring options.
