The JBL CWT128 is a high-performance, full-range 2-way loudspeaker system that incorporates JBL’s Crossfired Waveguide Technology (CWT) to provide wide horizontal coverage of up to 160°, ensuring uniform sound distribution across large areas. Compact in size, this system is ideal for architecturally sensitive environments, taking up only a fraction of the footprint of conventional dual-speaker setups while maintaining exceptional audio performance.
Equipped with dual 205 mm (8 in) low-frequency transducers and dual 25 mm (1 in) exit, 38 mm (1.5 in) diaphragm high-frequency compression drivers, the CWT128 delivers clear, powerful sound with excellent bandwidth and SPL. The Crossfired Waveguide ensures seamless coverage, making it suitable for venues where even distribution is critical, including transportation hubs, cinemas, sports facilities, and theme parks.
The enclosure is crafted from high-grade 12 mm and 15 mm multi-ply hardwood plywood with a rugged Black DuraFlex™ finish, providing durability and protection. Four M10 attachment points across the top and sides, along with four M8 points on the rear, facilitate easy installation with wall brackets or mounting systems.
