JBL VTX F15 15-inch Bi-Amplified 2-Way Loudspeaker
The JBL VTX F15 15-inch Bi-Amplified 2-Way Loudspeaker is part of the VTX F Series, a line of multi-purpose loudspeakers engineered to provide flexible deployment options for sound production professionals. Designed for high-quality audio reinforcement, the VTX F15 can operate as a stand-alone FOH system, a satellite speaker paired with the VTX F18S subwoofer, or as an on-stage floor monitor and fill speaker.
The system incorporates a 2265H 15-inch Differential Drive low-frequency transducer with dual 3-inch voice coils and neodymium magnet structure, delivering high output, efficient cooling, and reduced distortion. The high-frequency section features the D2430K D2 dual diaphragm, dual voice coil compression driver, ensuring extended high-frequency response, increased power handling, and improved clarity.
A Progressive Transition Waveguide provides a consistent 90° x 50° coverage pattern for controlled dispersion and smooth audience coverage. The bi-amplified design allows independent powering of LF and HF sections, optimizing system performance and maximizing headroom.
The enclosure is constructed from 18 mm 11-ply Baltic birch plywood with a durable DuraFlex finish. Its symmetrical 53-degree monitor angle enhances stage monitoring applications, while integral recessed handles improve portability. The cabinet includes a 35 mm pole mount socket and 16 M10 suspension points for flexible mounting options.
Designed for integration with BSS Audio OmniDriveHD V5 processing and compatible with Crown ITechHD and VRack systems, the JBL VTX F15 supports JBL HiQnet Performance Manager Control for advanced system management.
