The Ecler VEO-SPH48 is a professional 1×8 HDMI distribution amplifier and splitter designed to simultaneously display a single Ultra High-Definition source across up to eight Ultra HD displays. Supporting HDR formats and an HDMI data rate of up to 18Gbps at 4K/UHD 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma sampling, it guarantees seamless integration for installations that require the latest 4K/UHD and HDR sources and displays.

Video resolution support is comprehensive, covering everything from 4096×2160@60Hz down to legacy formats such as 576i and 480i, ensuring the VEO-SPH48 can serve mixed environments where newer 4K displays sit alongside older HD or SD screens without compatibility issues.

EDID management is a core feature of the VEO-SPH48, offered in three different modes to control how the splitter negotiates resolution and audio capabilities between the source and the connected displays. This flexibility helps avoid the common problem of a source defaulting to the lowest common resolution across a mixed set of displays.

HDCP 2.2 compliance ensures the VEO-SPH48 works correctly with protected 4K content from modern streaming and broadcast sources. Its 1×8 output capacity makes it well suited to retail environments, digital signage walls, sports bars, control rooms and other spaces that need one source displayed identically across many screens simultaneously.
